QTS DFW2-DC7, a two-story, 363,500 sq ft data center, is planned at 1341 Sunrise Rd. in Lancaster. The $290 million project, per a TDLR filing, is developed by QTS Data Centers with design by Corgan Associates Inc.
The building includes office space and shell data hall space. It is the seventh building at QTS's DFW2 campus near the Wilmer-Lancaster area. Owner of record is QTS Dallas I, LLC. QTS is owned by Blackstone.
Construction is scheduled to begin September 1, 2026, with completion targeted for December 1, 2027. The project is registered with TDLR as TABS2027001648, and the filing lists its status as Project Registered.
