The Vivian, a 325-unit community from RangeWater Real Estate, is complete on an 8.5-acre site between Metropolitan Parkway and Aleen Avenue in south Atlanta, just south of the BeltLine Southside Trail.
The 3-to-5 story buildings offer studio, one- and two-bedroom units, with market-rate rents starting at $1,200. The project replaces a former car battery factory.
Amenities include a coffee shop adjacent to the Southside Trail, giving residents direct BeltLine access.
