Roswell City Council approved an updated site plan and 13 variances on June 22, 2026, for Roswell Station, a 60,437-square-foot retail center at 1340 Woodstock Road. SJC Ventures is developing the project, anchored by a 30,060-square-foot Whole Foods Market with 30,377 square feet of small shop space.

The roughly 6-acre site, formerly the Christ United Methodist Church property, sold to SJC Ventures for $5 million. The city retains 2.5 adjacent acres for a new Fire Station No. 23.
The project includes turn lanes, extended pedestrian connectivity, and signal timing upgrades. Whole Foods is slated to open in the second half of 2028, with full completion by December 31, 2028.
