High Street Block 6 Amendment Heads to Dunwoody Council Vote

GID Development Group is seeking a site plan amendment for Block 6 of High Street, its mixed-use development at Perimeter Center West and Perimeter Center Parkway in Dunwoody. Under construction since November 2021, the project is planned for 3,000 residential units, a 400-key hotel, and roughly 7 million square feet of total development. Dwell Design Studio is the architect.

The amendment swaps a planned seven-story residential building on Block 6 for three commercial buildings up to five stories, with one level of underground parking and 100 surface spaces. The developer cites demonstrated market demand.

The first public hearing was held Oct. 13, 2026. A Dunwoody City Council vote is scheduled for Oct. 26, 2026. Phase 1 was completed in 2024 with 598 apartments, 42,600 square feet of office, and 164,361 square feet of retail. JLL Capital Markets arranged the Phase 1 construction loan through Bank OZK.

At full build-out, High Street calls for 600,000 to 672,000 square feet of office, 400,000 square feet of retail, and 8,000 parking spaces. Amenities include a central park, pool, fitness and yoga studio, coworking spaces, and a bike lounge with repair station.

The site sits directly across from the Dunwoody MARTA station.
