BKM Capital Partners and Kayne Anderson Real Estate paid $100 million for the 471,000-square-foot Northridge Commons industrial campus in Sandy Springs.
Northridge Commons, a 471,000-square-foot industrial campus at 8601 Dunwoody Place in Sandy Springs, has sold for $100 million. BKM Capital Partners and Kayne Anderson Real Estate acquired the property from Third & Urban, which bought it in early 2025.

The seven multi-tenant buildings sit on 38 acres. Built in 1981-82 as a shallow-bay industrial park, the campus offers suites from 2,046 to 39,221 square feet. Tenants include Pontoon Brewing Co., an Inspire Brands innovation center, and Invitation Homes.
Third & Urban financed its 2025 acquisition with a $48.5 million loan arranged by CBRE.
The deal brings BKM's metro Atlanta industrial holdings to roughly 1.5 million square feet. The property sits along the GA-400 corridor in North Fulton County.
