Ten Twenty Spring, a 25-story, 540,000-square-foot office tower at 1020 Spring St NW in Midtown, is complete. Developed by Portman Holdings with architecture by Humphreys, the 389-foot building finished construction at the end of 2024 and has achieved LEED Gold certification. A $278 million refinancing, previously reported as proposed, has closed.

The tower includes 966 parking spaces and ground-floor retail. Amenities include an indoor-outdoor bar, rooftop Japanese dining with omakase service, private office terraces, a coworking lounge, historic gardens, a fitness center, an indoor pickleball court, a lobby café, and rooftop terraces.
