Portman Holdings has completed Ten Twenty Spring, a 25-story, 540,000-SF office tower at 1020 Spring St NW in Midtown, and closed a $278M refinancing.

Ten Twenty Spring, a 25-story, 540,000-square-foot office tower at 1020 Spring St NW in Midtown, is complete. Developed by Portman Holdings with architecture by Humphreys, the 389-foot building finished construction at the end of 2024 and has achieved LEED Gold certification. A $278 million refinancing, previously reported as proposed, has closed.
