RadiusDC Nashville I Under Construction on Brick Church Pike
RadiusDC is building a 102,500-square-foot colocation data center at 2902 Brick Church Pike, backed by Blue Owl Capital and a new $164.1 million loan.

RadiusDC Nashville I, a 102,500-square-foot colocation data center, is under construction at 2902 Brick Church Pike. RadiusDC, led by CEO Mike Krza and backed by Blue Owl Capital, is developing the project, which will be the largest and newest colocation facility in Nashville proper.

Construction started with a September 4, 2025 groundbreaking attended by executives from RadiusDC, Blue Owl Capital and DPR Construction. A tenant finish-out permit valued at $14.9 million, covering the second of two data halls, was issued in June 2026, with completion expected in 2026. In October 2026, the project secured a $164.1 million loan.

The facility will deliver 12MW of critical power. Its closed-loop cooling system uses about 700 gallons of water per day, with enhanced cooling for high-density deployments. Other features: 24 hours of onsite fuel storage and multiple local and long-haul carrier connections.
RadiusDC paid $5.175 million for the property at 2902 and 2906 Brick Church Pike. The site was rezoned from R8 residential to IWD under BL2024-652. It sits across from Richard Dinkins Middle School, and the project drew neighborhood concerns over environmental impact.
