Skylar, a 113-home community, is under construction at 1199 Skylar Lane in Chosewood Park. Stanley Martin Homes is developing 81 townhomes and 32 townhome-style condos across three stories on a nearly 9-acre site, previously fenced off and vacant. The project was formerly known as Maguire at Skylar.
Site work began in January 2025, with completion expected by the end of 2026. City of Atlanta permit records at one point showed 128 townhomes; the current count is 113.
Condo pricing starts at $399,900 for The Rina, a 1,673-square-foot three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath plan. The Turner tops the range at up to $569,990 with 2,650 square feet. Monthly HOA fees run $200 to $250. Homes include a rooftop terrace, balcony, one-car garage, and skyline views.
The site sits just south of The Beacon and due west of Boulevard Crossing Park. Beltline access is at Hill Street, and the property overlooks the recently completed Southside Trail.
