Pinnacle Lakeside Phase 1, a 1,261-unit condo development, is under construction at 215 Lake Shore Blvd E on Toronto's waterfront. A building permit covers the first 591 units. Pinnacle International is developing, with Hariri Pontarini Architects designing.
Phase 1 comprises three towers of 15, 44, and 54 storeys, topping out at 574 ft (174.86 m). The 1,450,000 sq ft project sits on a 3.8-acre site with over 30,000 sq ft of retail frontage along Lower Sherbourne. Suites break down as 766 one-bedroom, 325 two-bedroom, and 170 three-bedroom.
As of June, 2026, the 15-storey building has topped out while the 44- and 54-storey towers continue to climb.
The site sits near the Gardiner Expressway, Union Station, and the future Waterfront East LRT. A Phase 2 proposal calls for 70-, 60-, and 14-storey towers with 1,390 units, including 180 affordable units.
