SkyTower at Pinnacle One Yonge Tops Out, First Move-Ins Due This Fall

SkyTower at Pinnacle One Yonge, a 106-storey mixed-use tower at 1 Yonge St, has topped out, with first move-ins on floors up to the 56th beginning this fall. The project includes 958 residential units, a 223-room Le Méridien hotel, and 1,176,022 square feet of space. Pinnacle International is the developer; Hariri Pontarini Architects designed the tower.

At 1,153 feet, SkyTower is Canada's tallest residential building and one of the country's first supertalls. Construction began in 2018 and the tower topped out in March 2026. It was originally planned at 95 storeys before approval of a height increase to 106.

The 12-sided tapered, glazed form houses the Le Méridien on the lower twelve floors, with a restaurant on the 106th. Amenities total 80,000 square feet, including an outdoor pool and hot tub, terrace with dining and barbecue areas, party room, games room, gym and yoga studio, children's play area, dog-washing station, guest suite, 24-hour concierge, and heated underground parking.

SkyTower is part of the 5.8-acre Pinnacle One Yonge master plan, which will include roughly 5,000 residential suites.
