Everston, a 566-unit purpose-built rental at 4630 Kingston Rd in Scarborough, has topped off. LCH Developments targets a March 2027 opening.
Everston, a 566-unit purpose-built rental, has topped off at 4630 Kingston Rd in Scarborough. A $150 million building permit has been issued for the 13-storey project, formerly marketed as Park Central at 4630 Kingston Road. LCH Developments is the developer, with Turner Fleischer as architect.
The building rises 43.25 metres. The project was converted from a condominium to purpose-built rental. The ground floor holds 273 square metres of retail, and the site includes a 750-square-metre public park to be conveyed to the City. Parking totals 299 spaces.
Construction began in July 2025, and the concrete frame reached its full 13 storeys in May 2026. Leasing and opening are scheduled for March 2027. Amenities include a fitness centre, yoga room, golf simulator, game room, zen terrace, bike parking, lockers, wifi and a resident shuttle to UofT Scarborough and Rouge Hill GO Station.
