Toronto City Council has approved a 50-storey mixed-use tower at 329-337 Queen Street East and 135R-141 Berkeley Street. The project, known as 333 Queen Street East, rises 162.2 metres and contains 545 residential units, including 7 replacement rentals. Generation Capital is the developer, with architects-Alliance on design. Zoning and rental demolition approvals advanced at Council in July 2026.

The tower includes 470 square metres of grade-related retail, 51 car spaces and 557 bicycle spaces. Amenity space wraps the mechanical penthouse, with indoor areas and an outdoor rooftop deck.

The tower sits beside the heritage building at 339-345 Queen East, the former WE Charity headquarters. The City owns that building and plans to open a Toronto Public Library branch there in 2028. The project also dedicates at least 143 square metres of on-site parkland to the City.

The site sits near the future Ontario Line stations at Moss Park and Corktown.
