Park Road Condos Crane Removed, Occupancy Set for Q1 2027
Capital Developments' 303-unit, 28-storey Park Road condo at 707-717 Church St has removed its crane, with occupancy expected in Q1 2027.

Park Road, a 303-unit, 28-storey mixed-use condominium at 707-717 Church St in Church-Wellesley, is under construction by Capital Developments with design by Diamond Schmitt Architects. The tower rises 320 feet with 211,577 square feet of gross floor area. A building permit valued at $100 million has been issued.

The flatiron-style wedge form features a curved south elevation tracing Church Street. Originally proposed in November 2020 as a 30-storey, 300-unit building, it was approved at 28 storeys, 303 units and 97.43 metres. The project has no private vehicular parking, offering 3 carshare stalls and 320 bicycle spaces.

Amenities include a gym, sauna, yoga studio, spa, rooftop deck, BBQ area, catering kitchen, dining room, bike shop and cycling fleet. A parkette on site connects to Harold Town Park, a collaboration between Capital, the City of Toronto and the community.
Construction began August 9, 2024, with roughly 210 units sold at groundbreaking. The tower topped off in March 2026 and the crane came down in May. Occupancy is expected in Q1 2027. The site sits under 100 metres from Bloor-Yonge station on Lines 1 and 2.
