Walker & Dunlop Arranges $109.9M for Wyndchase Aspen Grove
Walker & Dunlop arranged $109.9 million in floating-rate, interest-only financing from Wells Fargo for Waterton's 560-unit Wyndchase Aspen Grove in Franklin, a property Waterton bought for $128.11 million in July 2026.

Walker & Dunlop has arranged $109.9 million in floating-rate, interest-only acquisition financing from Wells Fargo for Wyndchase Aspen Grove, a 560-unit garden-style community at 3100 Aspen Grove Dr in Franklin. The loan supports Waterton's purchase of the property, which closed in July 2026 for $128.11 million. Berkshire Residential Investments was the seller.
Built in 1997, the property spans roughly 60 acres with 33 residential buildings. Units average 1,091 square feet across one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, including townhome-style options. The community sits in the Aspen Grove/Cool Springs corridor, adjacent to the 45-hole Vanderbilt Legends Club, in the Williamson County School District.

Waterton plans value-add renovations: quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless-steel appliances, new flooring, and updated lighting and plumbing fixtures.
Amenities include two resort-style pools, a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse with game room, a dog park, a pet wash station, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, a cybercafé and a playground. Select units have attached garages and wood-burning fireplaces; all include in-unit washers and dryers.
