Clark Construction, a Maryland-based national general contractor, plans to relocate its Nashville office from Cummins Station to the CAA Building at 955 Church St in Nashville Yards. The move targets the end of Q1 2027.

The 11-story Class A+ building offers more than 400,000 square feet of office and retail space. Creative Artists Agency anchors with 75,000 square feet across two floors. A permit for Clark's space references both a field office and a corporate office.

Nashville Yards is a 19-acre mixed-use district developed by Southwest Value Partners, west of downtown along Church Street. Clark expects to complete the relocation by March 2027.
