The request would change zoning from AR2A and CS to RM20-NS. The case is filed as 2026Z-066PR-001.
The Metro Planning Commission recommended denial on August 27, 2026, in a 1-0 unanimous vote. The property owner objected to commercial land being included in the residential proposal.
The rezoning now goes to Metro Council for a final vote.
