37-Story, 600-Room Hotel Proposed for Eastpoint on East Bank

The Fallon Company has proposed a 600-room hotel at Parcel C1 at Eastpoint on Nashville's East Bank, next to the new Nissan Stadium, with architecture by HKS. The 37-story, 475-foot tower's design has been released and next goes to the East Bank Design Review Committee for approval.

The hotel would include 75 suites and rank as the third-largest hotel in downtown Nashville. Plans call for 35,000 square feet of event space, 20,000 square feet of retail, a fourth-level outdoor pool terrace, and a top-floor food and beverage concept. Three levels of underground parking would provide about 500 spaces. It is one of only three hotels permitted in the Initial Development Area south of the stadium. The brand, described as a public company, has not been announced.

Construction is set to begin October 2027 and run roughly 36 months, targeting a December 2030 opening, after the 2030 Super Bowl in Nashville. The tower would be the second building at Eastpoint, following Eastpoint Flats, which broke ground in May with 323 affordable units.
