Tenants include DraftKings Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar, with a rooftop venue.
The building formerly housed the George Jones Museum. The Ardent Companies and investor Jeffrey Welk paid $28.5 million for it in July 2022 and listed it in August 2026.
