Brennan Recaps 22-Building Industrial Portfolio With Nashville Asset

Brennan Investment Group completed a recapitalization of a 22-building, 1.18M SF industrial portfolio that includes Harding Commerce Center in south Nashville.

Brennan Investment Group has completed a recapitalization of a 22-building industrial portfolio totaling 1,176,122 square feet across roughly 116 acres. The Nashville portion is Harding Commerce Center, a two-building warehouse complex at 5006-5050 Harding Place near Nashville International Airport.

The Nashville buildings total approximately 221,000 square feet. Brennan acquired the complex in May 2024 for $25.9 million. The buildings were built in 1974 and renovated in 2024.

The broader portfolio is 94% leased with an average suite size of about 16,100 square feet. This marks Brennan's third recapitalization of the Moorestown buildings in the portfolio.

Harding Commerce Center offers access to Interstate 24 just south of downtown Nashville.
