Construction is under way on ALCOSAN's $346 million Wet Weather Pump Station at 3300 Preble Avenue. The three-story industrial facility occupies a 100,000-square-foot site in the southeast corner of ALCOSAN's Woods Run treatment plant campus.

The pump house features a 200-foot-deep, 115-foot-diameter shaft and will convey 120 million gallons per day of wet weather flow. The building footprint covers 20,000 square feet. The facility is part of ALCOSAN's $3.7 billion Clean Water Plan to reduce regional sewage overflows.

Mascaro Construction holds the contract, awarded November 2025. ALCOSAN anticipated notice to proceed in early January 2026, with completion anticipated in late 2029.
