Barnes Fund Rejects $2M for Villa Maria Manor Expansion
A housing commission denied $2 million in Barnes Fund money for Villa Maria Manor, a proposed 144-unit expansion at 30 Whitebridge Road in Nashville.

The Villa Maria Manor Expansion, a proposed 144-unit apartment project at 30 Whitebridge Road in Nashville's 37205 area, was denied Barnes Housing Trust Fund money this week. The project includes 58 affordable units.
The application requested $2 million from the fund. It ranked 10th of 11 eligible projects, scoring 122.6 of 169 points.
