Chamberlain University Nashville Campus Approved in MetroCenter
Chamberlain University's first Tennessee campus, a 27,300-square-foot nursing school at 2222 Rosa L. Parks Blvd. in MetroCenter, won approval with a $3.98 million permit.

Chamberlain University has been approved for a Nashville campus at 2222 Rosa L. Parks Blvd., Suite 250, in MetroCenter just north of downtown. The project converts 27,300 square feet of office space into the university's first Tennessee location. A building permit valued at $3,983,150 has been issued.
The campus, Chamberlain's 27th nationwide, will offer a three-year pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing program with day, evening and weekend scheduling. Chamberlain University is owned by Covista.

Students will train in a high-tech SIMCARE CENTER on campus and complete direct patient care clinicals with local health system partners. The 2222 Rosa L. Parks Blvd. building, a Class A property, was gut-renovated in 2017.
Classes begin January 4, 2027. Applications opened September 9, 2026.
