The Residences at The Nashville EDITION, with 84 units and 261 hotel rooms, is under construction at 11th Avenue North and Grundy Street in the Gulch, Nashville. Developed by Tidal Real Estate Partners, the 28-floor project features designs by ESa and interiors by INC Architecture & Design.
Rising 380 feet, it includes 126 parking spaces. Amenities for residents include a gym, outdoor terrace, dining room, sports simulator, and lounges. Both residents and hotel guests can enjoy a rooftop bar, heated saltwater pool, and pool deck. Targeting LEED Silver certification, completion is slated for late 2028.
Public transport details remain unspecified. The development will enhance Nashville's mixed-use landscape upon completion.
