Nashville Chinatown, a 100,000 sq ft mixed-use development, has opened its first building, the Pan-Asia Supermarket, at 5255 Hickory Hollow Parkway, Antioch. Developed by Rita Zheng and Sheri Ma, it includes a food court (3,700 sq ft), gazebo, event center, restaurants, spa, and bakery. The rest of the project is still under construction and slated for 2027, enhancing Antioch with diverse amenities.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the whole project was open and complete. Only its first building, the Pan-Asia Supermarket, opened on Feb. 6. The rest is still under construction.
