The RMR Group is planning Station East, a 3 million SF mixed-use development at 111 N. First St. on Nashville's East Bank, with architecture by Hastings Architecture. Plans call for 1,400 residential units and 600 hotel rooms.
Previously tracked only by its general East Bank location, the newly reported address, unit count, square footage, and hotel component establish it as one of the larger mixed-use proposals on the East Bank.
Amenities include a 3-acre linear park and greenway, street-level retail, and curated food and beverage offerings, consistent with the broader redevelopment pattern across the Cumberland from downtown.
Metro approved specific plan zoning for the site in 2021. RMR is eyeing an early 2028 construction start.
