Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel, a 245-room mixed-use development, is under construction at 211 Commerce Street, Nashville. Spanning 233,314 sq ft over 12 floors, it is developed by PNH Properties LLC with Dolly Parton and Herschend Family Entertainment.
Amenities include Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum (20,000 sq ft), restaurants, bars, an entertainment venue, the Six Sisters Suite, acoustic suites, and living room suites. Outdoor and plaza spaces, a 10,000 sq ft meeting and banquet area, a Listening Lobby, Vault Room, and Treasury Room are also featured.
Completion is slated for June 10, 2026, transforming the current 211 Commerce Building into a vibrant downtown Nashville destination.
