RiverGate Mall Redevelopment Gets Green Light

RiverGate Mall Redevelopment, a mixed-use project planned with about 880 units, has key approvals for 1000 Rivergate Parkway, Goodlettsville. Metro's approved zoning covers up to 450 units on part of the site. No source gives that size, date or housing claim, and Merus expects phases into the early 2030s.
