Rivergate Mall's 458-unit mixed-use redevelopment at 1000 Rivergate Parkway, Goodlettsville, has been approved. The project, developed by Merus LLC, includes a seven-story structure. Completion is slated for December 31, 2029. No affordable housing units are planned. Further details on amenities and design are pending.
