Park Point East, also known as Boscobel V & VI, is complete at 620 Summer Place in Nashville's Cayce Place neighborhood. The MDHA-developed project contains 203 units, all income-restricted, with architecture by Smith Gee Studio.

The project was previously tracked at South Seventh Street and Dew Street before the address was updated to Summer Place. This is the newsletter's first coverage of the development, which moves from proposed to completed status.

Amenities include community rooms, a fitness center, and a courtyard with grills. Units feature granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and private patios or balconies. A pedestrian bridge connects the property to a future community park.
