TruAmerica Buys 446-Unit Bricks at Perimeter Center in Dunwoody
TruAmerica Multifamily acquired the 446-unit Bricks at Perimeter Center in Dunwoody from Clark Ventures, with renovations planned for 99% of units.

TruAmerica Multifamily has acquired Bricks at Perimeter Center, a 446-unit garden-style community at 302 Perimeter Center N in Dunwoody, from Clark Ventures. CBRE Vice Chairman Kevin Geiger brokered the sale, which closed October 15. Gables Residential built the five-story property in 2007. DeKalb County valued it at $105 million in 2026.
The unit mix includes 16 studios, 250 one-bedrooms, 154 two-bedrooms, and 26 three-bedrooms, averaging roughly 926 square feet. Penthouse units feature 15- to 20-foot ceilings.

TruAmerica plans to renovate 442 units, about 99% of the community, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and updated cabinetry. An unused clubhouse will become co-working space. Existing amenities include two rooftop pools, a fitness center, package service, garages, an outdoor kitchen, pet-friendly spaces, and four courtyards, two with lake-like water features.
The deal brings TruAmerica's Atlanta footprint to 3,374 units and pushes its 2026 acquisition volume past $1 billion. The Dunwoody submarket has just 321 units under construction for 2027 delivery, none within Dunwoody itself.
