ReNew Vinings Sells for $24.1M in Cobb County

ReNew Vinings, a 168-unit apartment community at 400 Winchester Trail SE in Cobb County's Vinings area, sold for $24.1 million, or $143,452 per unit. Cushman & Wakefield reports the sale closed October 2, 2026; transaction records date it October 12.

Trinity Property Consultants, an Irvine, California-based multifamily owner-operator led locally by Sam Eisenman, was the buyer. Seller Nighthawk Equity, led by Michael Blank, paid $34 million for the property in 2021. Cushman & Wakefield's Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group brokered the deal.

Built in 1974 and renovated in 2006, the three-story property was formerly known as 400 Winchester Apartments and 400 Winchester at Vinings. Units range from 715 to 1,485 square feet in one- to three-bedroom floor plans, with walk-in closets and private balconies.

Amenities at the gated community include a pool, clubhouse, playground, fitness center, sports and tennis courts, walking and biking trails, a courtyard, grill and picnic areas, a business center, and a pet washing station.
