The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences is rising at 11th Avenue North and Grundy Street in Nashville's Gulch. This mixed-use tower includes 84 residential units and 261 hotel rooms across 28 floors, developed by Tidal Real Estate and designed by ESa.
Standing 380 feet tall, it offers 126 parking spaces. Amenities feature a rooftop pool and bar, spa, golf simulator, and an 8,300-square-foot ballroom. Separate lobbies and gyms for hotel and residences, conference rooms, a private fitness center, lounges, a screening and gaming salon, and a wet bar with an outdoor terrace are included. Completion is slated for 2028.
Targeting LEED Silver certification, the project emphasizes sustainability, aiming to attract both residents and visitors.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave the address as 1110 Porter Street and the completion as December 31, 2026. The tower is at 11th Avenue North and Grundy Street in the Gulch, and it is slated to open in 2028.
