BNA Rental Car Facility and Garage Construction
Construction of a 3.5M sq ft rental car facility and garage at BNA is underway.
The BNA Rental Car Facility and Parking Garage at Nashville International Airport is under construction. This 3.5 million sq ft project by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority includes 3,000 parking spaces. Completion is slated for December 31, 2029. Features include fueling stations and a car wash.
Public transit details are currently unavailable.
Correction, Oct. 26, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave the project as 1.1 million sq ft, named Demattei Wong Architecture as designer, and listed vacuum stations, moving walkways, escalators and elevators. Those details describe BNA's 2011 rental car facility. BNA puts the new facility at 3.5 million sq ft.
