Belle Meade Village, a mixed-use development, is under construction at 4525 Harding Pike in Nashville's Belle Meade. It includes 92 units and 78 hotel rooms across 780,000 square feet. Developed by AJ Capital Partners, the design is by Meyer Davis and Hartshorne Plunkard Architects.

Amenities include a pool with cabanas, library, fitness center, pilates studio, sauna, spa, cold plunge, salon, treatment rooms, golf simulator, screening room, listening room, and whiskey/cigar rooms. Residents access majiang and poker rooms, 24-hour valet and doorman, a private park, and a town square with an antique carousel.

Completion is slated for December 31, 2028, adding a significant asset to the local real estate landscape.
