One Bayfront Plaza, a mixed-use development, is approved at 100 South Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami. The 93-floor tower will encompass 3.3 million square feet. Developed by Florida East Coast Realty and Tibor Hollo & Associates, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox and ODP Architecture & Design, it will rise to 1,049 feet, becoming one of Miami's tallest buildings.
