Developed by Leviathan Development, Lionheart Capital, WellDuō, and The Lane Organization, it features architecture by Kengo Kuma & Associates. The project spans 65,000 sq ft across 3 floors.
It includes a living green roof with solar panels, a central garden, operable windows, and high-tech lobbies. It aims for completion by December 31, 2028.
Strategically located, it taps into the Design District's vibrant art, design, and cultural scene. Transit details are currently unavailable.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the building reaches 330 feet and aims for LEED Silver certification. No source supports either; MIRAI is a three-story, roughly 65,000 sq ft building.
