Faena Residences Miami, a 434-unit tower, has been approved at 90 SW 3rd Street along the Miami River in downtown Miami. Previously tracked as Faena Residences Miami River, the KAR Properties project will rise 68 stories to 802 feet, with architecture by Rafael Viñoly Architects.
