Terra Residences Under Construction at Hall Park in Frisco

Terra Residences at Hall Park, a 105-unit community, is approved and under construction at 6801 Gaylord Parkway in Frisco. It is the second residential project at Hall Park, joining the 19-story, 214-unit Monarch tower. HALL Group is developing, with architecture by Demarest.

Construction started in August, with completion targeted for late 2028. Units range from studios to three-bedrooms, averaging 900 to 917 square feet. The team includes interior designer Faulkner Design Group and general contractor LMF Construction.

Units feature gourmet kitchens, open-concept layouts, and private terraces. Amenities include a lounge, fitness center, access to Kaleidoscope Park and the lakes, roughly three miles of trails, and HALL Park dining and hotel privileges. A health and wellness facility is planned next door, with details to come.

The project is part of HALL Group's $7 billion, 162-acre Hall Park masterplan, projected to reach roughly 9.5 million square feet over about 20 years. The site sits along the Dallas North Tollway near The Star, Legacy West, and PGA Frisco.
