The deal triples Century's DFW community count and expands its lot pipeline. Century's DFW operation had been running at 200 to 300 homes annually; the combined business could reach 800 to 1,000. Century reported $3.8 billion in revenue over the 12 months through June, including $500 million in Texas.

Century will maintain a land relationship with Jabez Development, HistoryMaker's sister company, which will complete development on select communities. Jabez and ONM Living, a build-to-rent firm, remain independently owned. Vestra Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to HistoryMaker.

Construction, sales, and closings continue as scheduled. Buyers under contract will keep working with their local HistoryMaker team.
