Hoque Global has proposed a 420-unit mixed-income multifamily development at 1910 East Wheatland Road in University Hills, spanning Tracts 9 and 10. Half the units, 210, are designated affordable, a 50 percent share that ranks among the larger mixed-income proposals in southern Dallas.
This is the first time the project has been formally tracked with a confirmed address. Earlier records identified the site only as the University Hills area. The address is now confirmed as 1910 East Wheatland Road, Dallas, TX 75241, along with the 210-unit affordable component.
The project remains in the proposed stage, ahead of zoning review, permitting, and city approvals. Hoque Global is a Dallas-based development firm.
