The project carries a reported value of $192.7 million and totals 1,010,565 square feet. This is the first time the project has appeared in local development records.
The development spans three parcels in the 76140 ZIP code. Initial filings listed 700,000 square feet; updated records raised the figure and added the 2800 Gosden Close St. parcel, expanding the footprint.
