The Exchange Apartments, a 296-unit community at 201 NE 29th St at N. Main and 29th in Fort Worth's Stockyards district, is under construction. The four-story project is the first vertical development in Oldham Goodwin Development's 14.6-acre Stockyards North Master Plan. Sage Architecture is the project architect.

Construction began July 15, 2026, with completion scheduled for February 2028 per a TDLR filing. Total project cost is $71 million. Units range from studios to three-bedrooms.
Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor gathering spaces, a dog park, grilling areas, and future trail connectivity. Project partners include Strategic Construction, Kimley-Horn, and Amegy Bank.
The project is a public-private partnership between Oldham Goodwin and Fort Worth Housing Solutions, FWHS' first Stockyards community and Oldham Goodwin's first Opportunity Zone development. Later Stockyards North phases call for a Home2 Suites by Hilton, retail, restaurants, and commercial space.
