Half Isle Mixed-Use Proposed at 1000 N. Henderson, Fort Worth

Boykin Land Company LLC has proposed Half Isle, a multi-tower mixed-use development at 1000 N. Henderson Street in Fort Worth, near the planned Panther Island area. The site currently houses the Henderson Street Bazaar flea market.

Preliminary plans call for a 19-story residential tower, a 20-story residential tower, a 5-story multifamily building, a 20-story office tower, and an 18-story hotel and residential tower with a bar, lounge, and valet. Two retail buildings, four food and beverage buildings, a hotel lobby, public gathering spaces, and more than 400 parking spaces are also planned.

If built, Half Isle would be the first high-rise in the Panther Island area and the tallest building outside downtown Fort Worth. The site sits along the West Fork of the Trinity River, next to the planned bypass channel that will create Panther Island. Tarrant Appraisal District lists the property's appraised value at $7.8 million.

The property is zoned PI-N-3, which allows five to ten stories and restricts surface street parking. The Fort Worth Zoning Commission is set to review the rezoning application October 14, 2026, under case ZC-26-124.
