Construction is underway on the QTS FTW1 DC1 Expansion at 14100 Park Vista Blvd in Fort Worth. Permits valued at up to $300 million have been issued, and work began July 1. QTS Realty Trust is the developer; Corgan Associates Inc. of Dallas is the design firm of record.

The two-story, 147,946-square-foot facility will include an equipment yard. Completion is expected October 1, 2027.

This is the third expansion of QTS's Fort Worth campus and the most expensive single construction phase at the site to date. The 52-acre campus has more than 70 MW of critical capacity and 12 adjacent acres available for future expansion. QTS is owned by Blackstone.

The expansion shares its address with the original FTW1 DC1 facility, acquired in 2017 from Health Care Services Corporation. It is separate from the 471,875-square-foot, $220 million FTW1 DC2 at the adjacent 14052 Park Vista Blvd.
