The JPS Medical Outpatient Building is under construction at 1300 S Main St in Fort Worth. The 10-story, roughly 300,000-square-foot facility is being developed by JPS Health Network and designed by Hoefer Welker. Permits have been issued, including one valued at $264 million; a TDLR filing lists estimated project cost at $250 million.

Construction began January 9, 2026, with completion expected July 29, 2029. The structure will rise 175 feet AGL, per an FAA filing. It will house laboratory and imaging services, an ambulatory surgery center, a retail pharmacy, and provider clinics, and connect to a new parking garage with direct access from arrival to clinic services.

The project is part of JPS Health Network's Master Facility Plan, funded through an $800 million bond program approved by Tarrant County voters in 2018. County commissioners selected Hoefer Welker in October 2023. Amenities include a community plaza and a rooftop open to community use; the Fort Worth Urban Design Commission approved rooftop design exceptions in July 2026.
