Re:Build Expands Rock Hill Plant in Legacy Park East
Re:Build Manufacturing is building a 130,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility at 2021 Williams Industrial Blvd in Rock Hill, SC, with completion expected in November 2026.
Re:Build Manufacturing's Rock Hill expansion is under construction at 2021 Williams Industrial Blvd in Legacy Park East. The 130,000-square-foot facility is slated to come online in November 2026. The S.C. Department of Commerce announced the project October 6.
The roughly $20 million investment will create 150 skilled manufacturing and engineering jobs and triple Re:Build's Rock Hill footprint. The company has operated there since 2021, launching with 60 employees. Rock Hill is one of 12 Re:Build plants nationwide.
The facility will produce synthetic composite materials for the aerospace, defense, energy, medical, robotics and automation markets. The Coordinating Council for Economic Development awarded a $100,000 Set-Aside grant to York County for building improvements.
Completion is targeted for November 30, 2026.
