Building 2 Under Construction at Berewick Town Center

Building 2 at Berewick Town Center is under construction at Berewick Town Center Drive and Gannon Drive in southwest Charlotte. MPV Properties is developing the single-story, 7,135 SF retail building, with completion expected by end of 2026.

The project is the second of two buildings totaling roughly 15,000 SF. A patio between them will form an outdoor plaza. The site has 74 parking spaces.

Petfolk has signed for approximately 2,571 SF, leaving about 4,564 SF available. Petfolk plans to begin its upfit in early 2027 and open in summer 2027. Building 1 at 9540 Gannon Drive is complete; Club Pilates and The Little Gym are open, and one 2,409 SF endcap suite remains. Bailey Patrick Jr. of MPV oversees development; Robbie Adams handles leasing.

Berewick Town Center is anchored by a 53,000 SF Harris Teeter. The site sits just south of Charlotte Premium Outlets and I-485 near Highway 160, across from the planned Novant hospital and walkable to hotels and apartments.
