The Watson, a 345-unit apartment building, has opened at 11901 Burnet Road in North Austin, steps from The Domain. Morgan developed, built and manages the seven-story, podium-style project, with architecture by STG Design and interiors by Faulkner Design.
Initial residents began moving in this June, with full completion anticipated this fall. The building includes approximately 522 parking spaces across two above-ground and two below-ground levels.
Roughly 45 units are reserved for households earning up to 60 percent of Austin AMI. Amenities include two boutique pools, a roof terrace, a sky lounge, a co-working lounge with private work pods, a fitness center and outdoor fitness lawn, a coffee bar, a dog park and pet wash, and EV charging. The project targets NGBS Green Silver and an Austin Energy Green Building 1-Star rating.
The site sits near the forthcoming CapMetro North Burnet/Uptown Red Line station, expected to open in 2027.
