The Waylon, a 300-unit apartment development at 7618 Burnet Road in North Austin, opened in July. The project spans 336,668 square feet across two five-story buildings on a 6-acre site. Riverside Resources developed the project, with architecture by KTGY.
The development replaces surface parking that served an adjacent office building. A new five-story garage provides 476 spaces. Live/work units line the Burnet Road frontage.
Amenities include a pool courtyard, sky lounge and deck, coworking space, fitness center with yoga room, dog run, three courtyards, and expansive balconies. Nudge Design's landscape architecture preserves heritage oaks on site. Vida Design handled interiors. The project sits three blocks from The Saint George.
