Axiom Solutions Takes 30K SF at Domain Tower 2 for Austin HQ

Axiom Solutions, the cloud and power infrastructure company being spun off from Flex Ltd., is tied to roughly 30,000 square feet at 10025 Alterra Parkway in The Domain for its Austin headquarters. The address is Domain Tower 2, a 24-story, 308-foot building with 332,265 square feet of Class-AA space and the tallest in The Domain. Stonelake Capital Partners developed the tower; Beck Group designed it.

Stonelake broke ground on the tower in October 2019, and construction wrapped in 2022. Beck designed the project to pursue LEED v4 Core and Shell certification. E.E. Reed Construction built it as part of a Zapalac Reed and EE Reed joint venture. Typical floorplates run 30,341 square feet.

Amenities on level 14 span 11,000 square feet, including a 5,000-square-foot landscaped terrace, conference center, fitness center, locker rooms with showers, and a catering kitchen. A 3,000-square-foot private tenant terrace sits on level 24. The building has 16 EV charging stations and 62 secure bike spaces.

PayPal is a major tenant at 151,705 square feet. Barings provided a $135 million refinancing in 2026. Flex announced the Axiom spin-off plan in May 2026 and filed a Form 10 registration statement for the new company in September 2026.
